Hi, I’m Mark Houser, Founder and & President of PANA

Getting paid from insurance companies on homeowner insurance claims isn't hard if you know what you are doing. The problem is most homeowners don't know what their policy covers. And more importantly they don't know how to talk with their insurance company. I've put this course together so that you can stand your ground and fight for what you are truly owed. It's time to push back against the insurance companies and return your life back to normal!

Mark Houser

Nationwide (Or any other Insurance company) is NOT on your side!

We have all seen the commercials and jingles.

The insurance company's want you to think they will have your back when disaster strikes but...

...when the rubber meets the road the insurance companies delay, deny, or reduce paying you what they said they would.

More often then not insurance companies will start with the lowball offer.

Only offering you a fraction of what you need, hoping you'll settle for it...

...after all something is better then nothing, right?

Wrong!

Your home is one of the most important things that you own.

It's where you'll raise you family, where you sleep at night, and where you eat.

It's the place you go to get away from the rest of the world.

When your home isn't right, your not right.

To get the insurance company to pay what they are supposed to you need to know to make insurance pay.

The insurance adjuster they send out isn't there to help you! He's there to protect the insurance company. Most people expect the insurance company to tell them how much their claim is worth. THIS IS YOUR FIRST MISTAKE!

You have to TELL the insurance company what they need to pay.

You can't just make up a number though. You need Facts & Evidence for why they need to pay.

The insurance company often talks in talking points, rather then policy. You have to hold their feet to the fire, and cut through their BS.

However the average homeowner doesn't know what their policy covers or...

...how to argue with their insurance company so that they pay what the policy is supposed to.

That's why we created our 'Make Insurance Pay: How to Get Homeowners Insurance Claims Paid' Course.

We have taken our PROVEN tactics that are used everyday by public adjusters to get insurance companies to pay and we have boiled them down into an easy to follow step-by step plan for getting your homeowners insurance claim paid.

What People Are Saying...

Brent Fenning

"After initially meeting with the adjuster he claimed the insurance company would only pay for half of the roof. I have never been a great debater and often have had difficulty arguing with adjusters. After only 5 minutes discussing why the insurance company was responsible for replacing the whole roof, the insurance adjuster shook my hand and returned to his car and returned with a check for the full amount of the entire roof."

Shaheed Tamir

"With the knowledge and information that Mark Houser equipped me with I was able to double my parents claim."

Daphne Selby

"A wealth of information that everybody needs. And not only that he is very gracious in what he offers, the spirit in which he offers it in. I think he has an awesome service and really cares about people."

Billy D'Ambrosio

"I was blown away by the information, the amazing amount of information that mark presented to me."

Diane Smith

"Mark was phenomenal! I really really enjoyed the part about the adjusters. Finding out what it is they are looking for, what do they do, and what are things we need to do to protect ourselves."

Doug Wead, New York Times Bestselling Author

"Everyday, thousands of homes are ripped apart by sudden and accidental disasters. They are at a loss of what to do. They believe that they are in good hands with their insurance companies and believe they will be properly compensated for their loss. Their lack of knowledge causes them to fall prey to the more knowledgeable insurance company and can leave them thousands of dollars short in necessary funds. This course guides them step-by-step back to recovery so their house can be set back in order. Without this vital information, a homeowner is defenseless."

Follow the Money...

Insurance adjusters these days have been trained not in what is covered by the policy but mostly to follow company talking points.

In the 1990’s the insurance companies realized that the only way to make more money then the next company was to cut costs. All the policies they have are all based upon state laws, so no company's policy is really any different from any other companies for the most part.

It started with Allstate as detailed in the book ‘From Good Hands to Boxing Gloves: The Dark Side of Insurance’ by David J.Berardinelli. The same company that helped create the Enron business plan, McKinsey & Co., helped teach Allstate how to pay only .48 cents for every $1 they used to pay out on claims.

Allstate went from a $4.5 billion surplus in 1992 to $21.8 Billion surplus + $14 billion distributed as shareholder dividends in 2004. And they have only gone up since. In 2020 they jumped to $44.79 Billion in total revenue!

The other insurance companies took notice and started hiring Allstate executives to implement the same systems in those companies. Since then the insurance companies have only continued to refine more ways to underpay insurance claims.

They have gotten it down to a science. There is hope though.

Despite the massive efforts they have put into place to underpay on insurance claims, the insurance adjuster isn’t all that well trained.

Most insurance adjusters have at best 2 weeks of training. After natural disasters you could see an unlicensed adjuster who only has 2 days of training! Most of that training is understanding the insurance companies' talking points. By the time you go through the course you will know more than the average insurance company adjuster does.

When you know how the game is played, and the cards the other side holds it becomes easy to win. The problem is most people go in blind and hope everything will work out.

As the saying goes ‘Hope is not a strategy’.

If you don’t know how the game is played, if you don’t know what the insurance company is going to do, you're setting yourself for a 50/50. If you also don’t know what cards you hold you're destined to lose every time.

You need to arm yourself to know the game being played. To understand what cards the insurance company holds and what cards you hold. You need to know how to fight back and get paid what you are owed. This course is designed from the ground up to help you know what your rights are. What the rights of the insurance company are (yes they have rights too). And the tactics and principles needed to get paid and get back to normal.

Trying to go it alone without the knowledge of how to fight for your rights against insurance companies leaves thousands of dollars on the table. More importantly it stops you and your family from truly being whole again. Instead of returning back to normal, you have to cut corners, go without, or have half baked repairs that lower the value of your home.

Don't let the insurance company push you around. Get the tools you need to fight for what is rightfully yours. Arm yourself with the knowledge to get paid what you deserve.

Beware Contractors Who Say They Will Negotiate With The Insurance Company

Unless you live in New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia or Maryland, a contractor can not be both a public adjuster, and represent you to your insurance company, and your contractor.

Don't sign assignment of benefits contracts with contractors. The contractor is only going to be handling one part of your claim, the construction. And even then they may only handle one type of construction, but not the whole affected area. Your insurance check is also likely to include contents. Contents are all the things you have in your home that isn't a part of the structure. Your contractor has nothing to do with contents. But if you assign them all the benefits they are getting paid more than what they should.

On top of this contractors don't know how to negotiate with insurance companies. Your no better off then if you handled the claim yourself in most cases.

Don't Settle For Less Then You Deserve!

When dealing with the insurance adjuster don't let them tell you what you are owed. You tell them what they need to pay! And then back it up with Facts & Evidence.

Most homeowners expect the insurance adjuster to tell them what their claim is worth. They soon find themselves disappointed when the insurance company gives them a lowball offer.

An insurance claim is a negotiation.

It's called an claim settlement for a reason. It's what you and the insurance company settled on to cover the claim.

The insurance company adjuster will do what they can to make sure they don't overpay. It's Your Job To Make Sure You Don't Get Underpaid!

But if you let the insurance company set the amount you're already behind.

You have to know what your claim is worth Before the insurance company adjuster even comes out.

Then when he does comes out it's all about getting him to agree to the same settlement that you have already come up with. The key to that is framing. How you frame what you ask for is so important.

Once the insurance company gives something to you, they can't take it back. But only if you properly document it. As the saying goes:

"If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"

If you don't know how to fight for what you truly deserve the insurance company doesn't have to pay it. And they will do everything they can to minimize the amount they pay out.

The problem is even when you think your winning the insurance company can be minimizing your claim and you don't even know it. Until you know what your claim is truly worth you can't fight for it.

This course gives you the tools you need to fight against the insurance company.

Learn what your policy covers
How to set the scope of your claim and estimate what it is worth
